Joe From Below: a clown-painted head with a red nose and a bloody grin, peeking up out of a storm drain

The lineup / Joe From Below

Joe From Below

Wandered off looking for the podium. Found the gutter instead.

Joe went out for a nice long walk after the event, took one wrong turn at the curb, and has been living in the storm drain ever since. Honestly? He loves it down there. Nobody rushes him, the acoustics are great, and every so often a trick-or-treater stops to chat.

He’s genuinely delighted to see you. He’d shake your hand, but, you know. The grate. Here’s the deal, folks: come a little closer. No, closer.

Mockup: Joe From Below peeking out of a concrete storm drain slot, holding up an ice cream cone
Joe brought dessert. Don’t ask what flavor.
Joe’s ice cream cone add-on: a dripping double-scoop cone, contour cut

Add-on

Joe’s ice cream cone

Nothing says “come a little closer” like a dripping double scoop. The cone is its own contour-cut Coroplast piece, about 3.5 × 7 in, that stands in the slot right beside Joe, like he’s holding it up out of the drain.

Sold with Joe or as an add-on. See the listing for current options.
